The University of Bari is a university located in Bari, Italy. It was founded in 1925 and is organized in 12 Faculties.
History
The Università degli Studi di Bari or University of Bari in Italy was founded in 1925. It is a state-supported university which is divided into 12 faculties. Each faculty has its own set of departments that focus on the arts, sciences, mathematics, social sciences, literature, medicine, law, and education.
The university offers various courses for undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate students. Aside from teaching, the university is also focused on scientific research at the doctorate level. The University of Bari research centres are highly-interactive, having connections among different departments, universities, and other research centres.
Among the university's facilities include central and departmental libraries, theatres, lecture halls, job placement centres, a press office, counselling centres, and a university chapel. These facilities are open to students, faculty, and staff and can be used free of charge. Each year, the university holds different cultural and part-time activities that foster friendship among local and international students.

The university has over 20 central and university libraries all over campus. The eight central libraries are arranged per faculty and include the following:

There is also a university choir and orchestra called the Harmonia, and various cultural activities that promote the arts. To help university graduates land the right job for them, the university maintains a graduate database called the Almalaurea. Students can upload their resumes to the database by logging on to the website and filling in a questionnaire.
Students can also access the university's libraries and other facilities online. Using the university's Teaching Islands, students can access information in the various campuses and faculties around the campus. For financially-challenged undergraduate students, the university offers economic assistance. Students who have psychological concerns can also approach the university counselling centre where qualified and professional counsellors are available to talk.
Although student accommodation is relatively limited, there is plenty of accommodation spread around Bari, ranging from hotels catering for business clientele and pensioni (guest houses) close to the train station, to enticing Puglia villas suitable for large families. Do bear in mind that if you are visiting in early May, during the Festival of St. Nicholas (Festa di San Nichola), lodging can be scarce.

MASTER
The University of Bari organizes some courses of scientific training and high education courses. After getting the Degree, students can attend Master of 1st level on the contrary after getting the Specialist Degree students can attend Master of 2nd level.
